Impact of the extension of the Data

Protection Regulations in 2018

 

Simply put, the Data Protection Regulations which come into force on 25th May 2018 mean that STF cannot communicate with you unless you give us your specific consent to do so. You can give consent in one of two ways (please see below).

What is covered by these regulations?

The regulations cover any information that we might hold on you personally, name, address, email address, telephone number and any mails you have sent us - collectively the “Data”. Please read “What may we do with the “Data” before completing the form.

What may we do with the “Data”?

Our use of the “Data” is confined to advancing the aim of the Suffolk Theology Forum which is 'Exploring Christian theological issues in an open, non-partisan way'. It will never be shared with any third party. nor used to publicise non STF events.

If you give us consent, we shall contact you to send you details of our forthcoming meetings

Consent may be revoked at any time

Please indicate your wishes in respect of the data that we will hold in one of three ways.

1)   Download, print off, complete and return the pdf version of the consent form and return it by post to – The STF Data Protection Officer, Tonweya, Church Street, Occold, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 7PS

2)   Download and save this form on your computer, open up the file and then fill in your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and date.  Save the completed form and send it as an attachment to the Data Protection Officer via info@stf.one.

3) Complete the on-line consent form, making sure you enter your full name in the box adjacent to your consent declaration.
